Table sizing is fine, we have multiple types of furniture to suit your event! Plenty of seating for 140 people. We normally have a 2 hour bump in time prior to the function for any set up requirements but happy to extend this for you so you have plenty of time to get auction items in! We have a carpark next to the venue and I can open our driveway gate so you can get the items directly into the space nice and quickly. Sounds like its going to be a great event!
In regards to the minimum spend the space is separate from the main beer garden where our truck yard is located so we recommend organising food to be in the space otherwise you have guests needing to leave the event and if doing trivia and auctions this is not ideal. We have a variety of food options in the function pack, or I can organise our chef to price up something else if you have any ideas of what you might like? Happy to have a chat about how you want the event run (ie. are you doing tickets or anything, what kind of food/drink offering are you looking to have) to help work this out. Keep in mind its only $42 per person across food and drinks which when you think of a night out is very likely. Given this is a charity event and for a cause that we at WTT are very fond of I'm happy to work with you on the spend, even though I think you'll reach it anyway. We could do $6k as a minimum including security (happy to also just charge you for one security guard rather than two) where security is normally an additional charge of $250 per guard. This would reduce your food and bev spend to $5750.

Just speaking to the team about whether or not we think we can reach the $6000 minimum spend. Could you confirm if that includes money spent at food trucks please?
In regards to set up weβd be looking at tables of 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10.
Also is there somewhere for our set up volunteers to park and unload goods as we will have over 60 auction items to bring?

The warehouse is an open light filled space that can be customised to make your dream a reality. The room holds up to 500 for a cocktail event and 300 for a seated event, with plenty of space for a dancefloor or band.

Are you thinking of providing food and then having guests purchase their own drinks?
We don't charge a 'room hire' fee as we don't feel like most clients get value for money with this. Rather, we have a minimum spend in place that includes room hire, set up, pack down, staffing and all of your food and drinks go towards meeting the minimum spend (including what your guests spend themselves over the bar). The only not included cost is a security guard, which is $250 for one guard for the night. We normally have a minimum spend of $8,000 in July for the Warehouse but I am happy to reduce this to $6,000 for you (which across 140 guests is $42 pp across food and drinks so more than realistic that this will be met).
I've attached a copy of our function pack for you to have a look at (and some pics of the space). I would love to arrange a time for you to come in, view the space and go through your options, including food, drinks and how you might want the space set up. Let me know when a good time for you is!
